Rocky Mountain Microfilm and Imaging, Inc. provides customized electronic document management (EDM) solutions to a wide range of businesses, governmental entities and other organizations.
One area of particular expertise is microfilm and microfiche conversion projects. We have a number of clients for whom we have created and indexed electronic image files from archival film and fiche.
The following is a snap shot of several successful RMMI projects.
Law Enforcement - Since 1999, RMMI has performed as service bureau for all of the EDM needs of a major Colorado sheriff, including records for inmates, inmate medical, civil and criminal cases, internal affairs, the shooting range and personnel.
Hospital - RMMI currently manages all documentation related to patient admissions for three large Colorado medical facilities. Services also cover human resources, accounts receivable, and records related to miscellaneous operations (e.g. manuals, procedures, etc.).
School District - We provide EDM services to several suburban Colorado school districts, handling all of their need with respect to student records, human resources, accounts payable, payroll and administrative policies and procedures manual. We recently added a western slope district and completed a 'catch-up' conversion process on physical records dating to the early 1900s.
Fire Department - RMMI currently is helping a Denver suburban fire district with a creative and forward-thinking project whereby the plans of all commercial buildings in the district will be converted to digital images and made available to fire fighters on a real-time basis as they travel to and arrive on the scene of a fire.
District Court - On an ongoing basis, we convert transcripts and other case documents such as motions, orders, and filings for several divisions (e.g. probate, juvenile, county and district courts) of a large suburban Colorado judicial system.
Attorney - RMMI has completed a number of interesting projects for law firms, including creating image files for use at trial via a laptop.
Professional Sports Club - We converted all season ticket records for a major Denver sports team.
