EDM Software
RMMI is an authorized reseller of Digitech Systems, Inc., the industry leader in providing EDM solutions. Digitech Systems has an outstanding array of powerful imaging packages to meet every need, including:

Retrieval: PaperVision® Enterprise (PVE) enables images to be used. PVE has the capability to retrieve any document in your database, from any location. It gives you security for image files down to the document level. It is intended to provide a document management structure for a central database consisting of one or more projects. PVE includes both desktop and web-based access licenses, a robust administration console, API’s and source code.
Scanning: PaperFlow™ enables the first step in any EDM – the conversion of documents (or microfilm or fiche) to computer images. PaperFlow™ does this and more as it contains the complete spectrum of imaging tools including scanning, display, indexing, match and merge, automation manager, and import and export conversion. PaperFlow™ also accepts optional modules to enable OCR and bar-coding applications.
Storage: ImageSilo® is a browser-based, secure and dependable document management structure that provides the capability to access any document, anywhere, anytime. It gives all of the functionality of PaperVision® Enterprise, but with no capital investment.

Digitech has a number of optional modules available to augment the core applications shown above. Several of these options include:

OCRFlow ™, an adjunct to PaperFlow™ that converts images to full text data
QCFlow ™, also a PaperFlow™ add-on component, that enables fast quality control processes in both attended and unattended session modes
Report Manager, a PaperVision® Enterprise module that permits fast report processing for large-scale operations where a great amount of data must be processed quickly and accurately.
WorkFlow, an option to PaperVision® Enterprise that is the ultimate business process management and tracking tool

Service Bureau
Our process converts any paper document, microfiche, or microfilm image to an electronic file, indexes the images according to your unique customized specifications, and enables the appropriate storage mechanism (e.g. CD-ROM or ImageSilo®).

Our general workflow is simple and straightforward. However, every stage of the process is critical:

Retrieve materials from customer's site
Inspect documents and prepare for conversion
Scan
Index
Quality control
Burn CD-ROM or upload files (FTP) to storage facility
Deliver data and summary report to customer
Document destruction
