We are currently in the process of recovering from a hardware failure in our datacenter, and a large portion of our services is being hosted on our backup system. You may experience some general system slowness and lag, especially when opening documents, while our team works to restore full functionality. Document load times may be significantly extended, but they should load after a brief wait.
